Founder, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor

With over a decade of experience, Robert Golda provides compassionate therapy to adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, grief and loss, identity, relationships, self-worth, substance use, and personal growth. His clinical experience includes working with individuals facing complex and challenging circumstances, including those experiencing significant emotional distress and life transitions.

He utilizes evidence-based techniques from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), as well as art and play-based therapeutic elements. Treatment is individualized based on each client’s unique needs, goals, and circumstances, using the approaches that will provide the most effective and meaningful support.

His approach focuses on creating a supportive, judgment-free environment where clients can better understand themselves, develop healthier coping strategies, strengthen self-worth, and create meaningful change. Having worked extensively in inpatient hospital settings, Robert has seen firsthand how important it is to provide support before someone reaches a point of crisis. His goal is to help people recognize that they don’t have to wait until things become overwhelming to ask for help.
